Monitored Drop off and Pick-up during a custody exchange
Supervised Visitation is NOT babysitting. A well-trained monitor balances understanding the nuances of emotional and physical safety risks to all participants while providing a non-judgmental, empathetic environment.
Trauma Sensitive Programs
We hold programs for individuals who have experienced trauma due to domestic violence, sexual assault, childhood abuse and neglect, PTSD, and mental illness.
Every Tuesday from 3:30-5:30, Safe Harbor hosts a child-centered play group. Parents and volunteers interact with children during this time to promote healthy relationships, safety, and a sense of community through play.
Teen Group: Youth-Planned, Youth-Led
Our youth-led teenage group helps foster a supportive community for high school aged people. We do not discriminate or reject persons based on gender, race, religion, or sexual orientation. All teens are welcome. Parents are also welcome to join each meeting to foster open communication and understanding.
