Somerset-Zarephath Child Access Center
Overview of Services
The Zarephath Christian Church in partnership
with the Safe Harbor offers two programs at the Safe
Harbor Child Access Center at Zarephath:
◊
Child Access Transfer Services:
Monitors are present while the parents meet to exchange the children for
an unsupervised visit, off campus, during our regular
Saturday hours of operation. This is usually a
transitional service for parents who previously utilized
Supervised Child Access Services. Any arrangements must be discussed with the site
director before being included in a court order.
◊
Supervised Child Access Services: One parent drops
off the children on Saturday, and leaves the premises,
returning after the children have supervised
parenting time with the other parent; monitors remain with
the parent and the children throughout the Supervised Access
session. Click here for a Sample Order in

These programs are open to separated and
divorced families of all races, religions and origins, but
you must make an appointment to use the center. Referrals
can be made through the courts, attorneys, counselors,
mediators, parenting time coordinators, social workers, and
families themselves.
